77th Annual Touchstone Energy Bowl rosters released

All-star game will be played December 21 in Myrtle Beach

The 77th annual Touchstone Energy Bowl announced its two 44-man rosters on Monday.

The former North-South All-Star Game will be played on Saturday, December 21, at Myrtle Beach High School’s Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium beginning at noon. The game was originally scheduled for December 14 but was moved back one week because the South Carolina High School League added a week to the high school football season because of Hurricane Helene. That meant the six state championship games were moved the weekend of December 14.

Mr. Football will again be revealed at halftime of the Touchstone Energy Bowl. The finalists are scheduled to be announced on Thursday.

Powdersville head coach Robert Mustar will coach the North squad while Battery Creek head coach Ed Susi will be in charge of the South team.
